Red Tin Shed is the name of a boutique winery in regional Victoria, the namesake of Geraldine Coy’s consulting practice. It depicts the love of good wine, extraordinary food, and the real value of life in family, friends and community. The shed signifies an embrace for hard work and the well earned results of effort in self reflection and learning.
Geraldine is the Managing Partner of Red Tin Shed. Her career has seen her develop over 30 years experience in senior management roles in private and public companies, her own and others, and in the public sector.
Geraldine has been appointed to senior Human Resources roles in the Telecommunications and IT Industries, Manufacturing (Steel and Food), and in the Public Sector.
She was both partner and principal partner in South Africa in two senior management consulting businesses for over 10 years, and in these roles gained outstanding experience in and across all industry groups.
Across her career, Geraldine has coached Middle and Senior management executives in career management, leadership development, teamwork, project management, communication strategy, change management and strategic negotiation.
An expert in managing diversity, engaging employees in organizational strategy, Geraldine is passionate about developing authentic leadership with the capability to drive focused outcomes. Having always worked in a culture of achievement, Geraldine has a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
