How will we work together?

It’s important for the business to understand how the coaching or consultation is going to benefit the business.

Similarly, it's important for the coachee to feel safe, and that there’s a compatibility with their coach/consultant in rapport and trust that there’s something to be learned with the coach/consultant.

In the contracting phase I would:

  • meet with you to understand what the business needs for the individual(s) or team(s) are. I would look for Key Performance Indicators  which you would measure against the performance of the individual(s) or team(s) at that point and an agreed point in the future, which would demonstrate a measured improvement.
  • meet with the individual(s) or team(s) to assess reflective touch points and to extend the awareness of the organisational needs to ensure that we work toward measurable goals.
